CAA protests, Delhi riots and India: International judgment - a clarification.

The recent Delhi violences and the CAA has created mixed reports in the international diaspora. First of all we have to understand about CAA. Citizenship Amendment Act(CAA) is a bill passed by Indian Parliament in 2019. It is an amendment or some extra provisions on an already existing law on Citizenship. CAA allows minority refugees of Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh who have reached India within 2014, to seek citizenship in India. This act is to clear the National Population Registry (NPR). Here one should understand why minorities only from the above countries are selected !. Before the creation of those countries mentioned above, there only existed Akhanda Bharat(United India), which the Britishers divided and the Muslims choose Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. Akhanda Bharat was so secular and accepted all faiths and groups. Christianity and Islam entered India as the Kings of India welcomed them and provided land and women to construct their Churches and family. So, minorities in the above countries are a part and parcel of Bharat. They have no land to go. Their numbers has decreased 90% in 70 years of partition. Some of them are getting chance to reach India and arestaying here. So, in order to process the NPR, Indian Parliament (the law making body) has decided to give them Indian citizenship. This has nothing to do with citizens of India. It is only for refugees who entered and who are staying in India before the year 2014.

Why India is not allowing Muslims from those three countries? These countries are declared Islamic Nations and are assumed to protect the Muslim citizens. Then how they entered in India? Their entry is purely encroachment during last seventy years and a failure of previous Indian governments. Why they are not identified and send back in time? Yes, they have been identified by various agencies and reported to the governments. But those(Congress ) Governments used them as vote bank and in return, they have provided Ration Card(Those days address proof for citizenship) and enjoyed all facilities in order to get votes in election time. So, this long duration failure made them move to various parts of India and settle there. Miscreants used them and provided shelters. 

In 2009, the Assam State Government asked the Indian Government to identity and expell them. In that time, crime and communal violence increased in Assam and they were compelled to act. So, a commission was set up which formulated  strategy to identify  the actual Assamees and who are all the invaders. From that, they assessed that about 1.5 crore people are not Assamese. Due to 2014 election, they kept this process in abeyance. 

2014 election gave chance for the Hindu majority to rule the country. They are just doing the completion of the the Assam accord. Nothing new is added here. Then why this volume of noise and violence in India on the law enacted the Congress government?  Here is the real secret of International and Indian conspiracy hiding!.

After second world war , the divided world, organised  new nations on the basis of many factors. New nations after 78 years, has now established with their source and strength. Now after USSR collapse and 2011 event, China, India and some other countries has been emerging as new world leaders. Even USA does not seems to be strong enough single handed. They have no option, but to creat a new ally. In 2000,  China implemented world economic pact well and emerged as an economic power. India lacked in this due to the corrupt governments led by the congress. In 2000,  Vajpeyee government constricted a six line highway across India. This is the only thing happened till 2014 in India. After Modi ji assumed as PM of India, his government constructed link highway roads in the North East states(Six states). These states were neglected by the previous Governments and didn't solved many conflicts in that area. Modi government solved all conflicts and made road rail connectivity. High speed internet to each nook and corner of those states made those people accessible to the main land for study and for job. Easy transportation of goods are now feasible at less coast and is quite speedy. Earlier, oil reached to those states in 15 days only. Heavy shortage, price instability and looting were the daily events there. Now they feel free and feel as an Indian in every moment. 

Huge port buildings and new airports made the whole India an easy place to live. GST(Goods and service Tax) made intermediate access to the flow of black money and worked against corruption that causes unstable pricing for itineraries. GST made traffic jams in National highways. Usage of internet connection for navigation through vehicles made speedy delivery and corruption. Now business houses aren't able to bring about sudden price hikes and are not able to play with the corrupted officials.

Aadhar linking of Banks and Income tax regime is a boost to the economy and ends hige black money trails. Three months before Modi assumed to the PM chair, there was an intelligence report with evidence stating that a ship delivered six containers of forged Indian currency(1000 rupee notes). This huge amount black money addressed to few persons linked with the source. Money came from the press where India and Pakistan prints currencies. This was not a mistake by the former Indian Minister, but is a known conspiracy. Many in Congress are maintaining secret connection with the Pak politicians publically. 

By Demonetization, Modi bring back 150% of issued 1000 rupee notes! How? Normally maximum 98% may return. In this case 150% of 1000 rupee notes exchanged in banks with new notes. This 50% is surely the ship money. Maybe previous cases of reported /hided ship containment are reaulted this huge return high currency. 

This helped to strengthen the Indian economy. But Rahul Gandhi was the frontrunner for blaming demonetization. People across India exchanged their old notes with new patiently. 

Another important cancer like problem for India was Article 370 of Jammu & Kashmir. This provision of Indian  constitution provides Kashmir a seperate Constitution. So Indian Parliament bypassed in Kashmir. A women can marry a Pakistani, then that Pakistan National gets Indian Citizenship! How a big country like India can approve this?. Thousands get citizenship. Not only that, after a year or two the man marries another women or returns to Pakistan. This causes stateless citizens and countless widows in India. So, India bans Tripple Talaq in India. 

With the help of Article 370,  leaders like Farooq Abdulla, his son Omar, Congress leader Gulam Nabi Asad ets made Hindu majority Jammu are in to a Muslim majority are by encroaching the forest around the Jammu by distributing land to Kashmir Muslims. These leaders took thousands of acres of land by themselves. This is under verification of revenue authorities of new Kashmir Governor.

In this way many gangs under the Umbrella of Sonia Gandhi's Congress used India for looting and conveting Hindus to Islam. All Sonia wants commission! Once all these sources arrested by new Hindu regime, they all upset and starts barking on Modi Government. 

India as a strong and vast Nation needs ID card for each citizens for once. Many developed countries are following this. USA issues green card for foreigners after a certain period of satisfactory stay in that country. Then why this time many countries targetting India? This is because of their religious, financial or political interests in India. A powerful India is a nightmare for Turky, Pakistan, China, Briton etc countries. As a modern infrastructure equipped country like India has its right to maintain law, make law and protect its Citizens. India is always acted as a helping hand for many countries. 

With the rising power Hindu Nationalism, India will overcome all these hurdles,  I am sure.
